REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER PERU DURING THE HEALTH EMERGENCY DUE TO COVID 19
To enter Peru, keep in mind the following:
If you are Peruvian, a resident foreigner, or a non-resident foreigner, and older than 18 years you must have received 3 doses of the COVID-19 or you must present a molecular test with a negative result within 48 hours before boarding at your point of origin.
The use of a double mask or a KN95 mask is mandatory.
You must complete the Affidavit of Health and Geolocation Authorization HERE. The form can be filled within 72 hours before your arrival in Peru and submit it virtually.

REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER ENCLOSED SPACES DURING THE HEALTH EMERGENCY DUE TO COVID-19
If you are over 18 years old and need to enter enclosed public spaces (shopping centers, galleries, supermarkets, markets, restaurants, etc.), you must present your physical or virtual card that certifies that you have completed, in Peru or abroad, the 3 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. In addition, the use of double masking or a KN95 mask is mandatory.
